An extreme sports centre, a whisky festival and a former Lord Provost of Aberdeen are among tourism award winners for North East Scotland.
Transition Extreme, which opened earlier this year, took the Come to Aberdeen Trophy for encouraging more people into the city.
The Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival was honoured for making Moray a more attractive tourist destination.
And John Reynolds picked up an award for his contribution to local industry.
The former Lord Provost was among those honoured at the Northern Lights Tourism Awards.
The Transition Extreme centre at the beach offers skateboarding, BMX facilities and a major climbing wall facility.
