A driver has been charged with doing 92mph in a 30mph zone at Aberdeen's Beach Boulevard.
The 28-year-old man was charged with dangerous driving after a police crackdown.
Five other drivers were also recorded at speeds of more than 50mph in the same area.
In further incidents, Grampian Police said two drivers were recorded doing more than 100mph on the A90 at Tarbothill, which is a 70mph zone.
A Grampian Police spokesman said: "Driving at over 90mph in a 30mph area is extremely dangerous.
"We are disappointed that despite all our warnings about drivers speeding and the dangers that comes with it, drivers continue to drive at high speeds."
