Teenager dies days after accident

A teenager has died three days after he was seriously injured in a crash which left three others in hospital.

Craig Yule, 19, from Huntly, Aberdeenshire, was a front seat passenger in the Subaru which collided with trees on the A97 near Cobairdy.

He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary by air ambulance where Grampian Police said he later died.

Three other men, two aged 21, and the driver, 24, were also hurt in the accident which happened on Wednesday.

Relatives said in a statement: "Craig always lived for the moment. It is a huge waste of a young life."
