Moray Council 'still to improve'
Moray Council
Moray Council said improvements were being made
Moray councillors have been told they lack commitment to changing and improving the authority's services.

A critical Accounts Commission report published on Thursday identifies a lack of strategic leadership by elected members.

It is a follow-up to a report last year which said Moray Council was an inward looking organisation.

The council's convener, George McIntyre, said progress has been made since then.
