A new bride has appeared in court after being arrested on her wedding day.
Teresa Brown, 33, was charged with assault, vandalism and breach of the peace after an alleged incident at Aberdeen's Hilton Treetops.
It has emerged she appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday, where the three charges relating to the 21 April reception were denied.
A spokeswoman for the procurator fiscal's office told BBC Scotland the case was continued until July.
Grampian Police said: "Grampian Police can confirm they attended a hotel in the Hazlehead area in the early hours of Saturday 21 April following a report of a disturbance having taken place at a wedding reception that was then taking place there.
"As a result of the incident a 33-year-old female was arrested and subsequently kept in custody to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday 23 April.
"A further 37-year-old female and 25-year-old male were also arrested regarding a separate disturbance at the same reception. A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal."
