Police have appealed for the help of dog owners after 14 sheep were killed in Aberdeenshire.
A total of 14 sheep have been killed in a month
The deaths have happened in the Oldwhat area of New Deer since 25 March.
Grampian Police said it was suspected that the killings - which seem to take place during the night - are related to the same animal, probably a dog.
Officers are urging all dog owners to take steps to ensure that their pets are kept under control and have no opportunity to run uncontrolled.
