Inquiry probes river fish deaths
The death of dozens of fish in an Aberdeenshire river is being investigated.

Anglers reported that more than 100 fish have been killed by pollution in a stream which runs into the River Ugie.

Young salmon, brown trout and sea trout are among the fish said to have died as a result.

The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa) told BBC Scotland it had been informed and that tests were being carried out.
