Dorothy Fasola is fighting extradition to Italy
An Aberdeen woman faces extradition to Italy for robbery and counterfeiting.

Dorothy Fasola, 57, has been convicted by a court in Milan of the offences, a hearing has heard.

She is fighting against extradition to Italy to serve a four-year sentence given nine years ago for armed robbery and two more for counterfeiting.

At Edinburgh Sheriff Court, the Crown asked the court to be satisfied that the charges warranted extradition. The hearing continues.
