Two men killed in accidents named

The Porsche driver who died was a 29-year-old pharmacist
Two men killed in accidents on Shetland and in Aberdeenshire have been named.

Calum Lewis, 29, a pharmacist from Aberdeen, was the sole occupant of a yellow Porsche which crashed on the B979 at Maryculter on Monday night.

Later, motorcyclist George Cliff, 56, of Virkie, died after a crash on the A970 near Quarff on Shetland.

The crash happened at about 1900 BST. The road was closed for three hours but later opened. Police are appealing for witnesses to both accidents.
