Man dies after 60ft bridge plunge
The death of a man who fell 60ft from a city centre bridge is being treated by police as a suspected suicide.

Shoppers saw the unnamed man fall to his death from Aberdeen's Union Bridge at 1320 BST on Saturday.

Grampian Police closed off a section of the main thoroughfare to pedestrians while officers made inquiries.

The man fell on to railway sidings next to Denburn Road. Transport Police warned of potential delays to train services while the body was recovered.
