The force said it is pleased with the response from young people

A cadet scheme for young people being developed by Grampian Police has attracted more than 100 enquiries.
Teenagers aged 16 and 17 living in the region will be paid between £6,579 and £7,767 per annum during the course of their cadetship.
Grampian Police said the cadetship plan was an opportunity for youngsters to start a worthwhile career from an early age before starting as constables.
So far, 108 application packs have gone out ahead of the 30 June deadline.
Several former police cadets serve with the force - including Chief Constable Colin McKerracher.
Superintendent John Cummings, head of recruitment and learning, said: "Requests for application packs are coming from across the entire force area.
"We are pleased with the response and fully expect a surge this week as the deadline for submissions approaches.
"We see this as an excellent opportunity for youngsters to pursue a worthwhile career from an early age with a view to subsequently joining the service as a constable."
Suitable applicants will be invited to sit the police standard entrance test.
The scheme is expected to be launched later this year.
Details of the scheme are available on the Grampian Police website and potential applicants can phone 01224 305 682 or email policerecruitment@grampian.pnn.police.uk
