Fire near filling station probed

Police are investigating a fire which was set near to a filling station in Clachnaharry Road in Inverness.

Northern Constabulary said a number of youths were seen near the scene at the time.

Highlands and Islands Fire and Rescue Service was called to the Blackpark petrol station at about 2300 BST on Wednesday.

The fire was quickly put out, but police said they were keen to speak to any witnesses.
