The trial of an osteopath accused of assaulting 10 male patients could last up to 10 days, Inverness Sheriff Court has heard. Keith Grieve, 57, of Inverness, denies 10 charges of molesting the patients over an 11-year period at various practices. Defence lawyer Iain Innes told Sheriff Ian Abercrombie that the trial could be lengthy. The sheriff adjourned the case for suitable dates to be set for the trial. Mr Grieve will appear again at the court on 7 August when the dates will be fixed. Sexual assaults The osteopath is accused of assaulting 10 men by removing their underwear without their permission and molesting them. It is alleged he carried out an alleged assault against one of the men on various occasions between 1996 and 2000 at Bridgend Dental Practice in Thurso, Caithness. He is also accused of carrying out two further alleged attacks at Maslin House in Inverness between 2001 and 2002. The remaining seven charges allege that he carried out sexual assaults at Highland Osteopathic Centre based at Ardross Street in Inverness, between 2005 and 2007. Mr Grieve denies all the charges.
