Police probe wildlife crime claim

Police have launched an investigation into alleged wildlife crime offences in the Highlands.

Northern Constabulary said a property in the Holm Dell area of Inverness was searched and a large number of items removed.

A 50-year-old man was assisting officers with their inquires, the force said.

Officials from the National Wildlife Crime Unit were helping Northern Constabulary with the investigation.
