The leisure waters at the Aquadome were affected

The leisure pool at a fire-hit sports complex will not open again until next year, it has been revealed.

Inverness Leisure said the Aquadome's competition pool, meanwhile, will not be available before the end of October.

Water from the leisure and competition pools will be drained and disposed of before fresh water is delivered.

Management said customers who pay Inverness Leisure High Life subscription by direct debit will be entitled to a reduction.

They will be informed of the action by letter.
