Brown appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court

A school janitor who showed pupils indecent cartoon animations on his mobile phone has been placed on the sex offenders' register.
Thomas Brown, of Inverness, committed the offence at the city's Kirkhill Primary in June.
The 38-year-old had previously admitted a charge of using lewd, indecent and libidinous practices and behaviour towards children.
Brown was placed on the register for 18 months at Inverness Sheriff Court.
Offenders' programme
The court heard he showed three pupils, aged 11 and 12, cartoon animations and a still photograph of an indecent nature.
Sentence had been deferred for the preparation of background reports.
Defence lawyer Ken Ferguson said there was a clear recommendation for his client to be placed on probation.
Sheriff Derek Pyle ordered him to do 18 months' probation, with a condition he attend a joint sex offenders' programme.
His employer Highland Council said Brown's contract had been "terminated" following an internal disciplinary hearing
