Fire crew in crash with two cars

A fire engine answering an emergency call has been involved in a collision with two cars.

The crash happened at the junction of Culduthel Road and Drummond Road in Inverness at 1410 BST.

Two people were taken to the city's Raigmore Hospital but their injuries were not thought to be serious.

Highlands and Islands Fire and Rescue Service said its crew were not thought to be hurt. Northern Constabulary said it was investigating the incident.
