Ministry of Defence staff on the island will continue monitoring

No evidence has been found to show that rats escaped to a remote isle from a trawler which hit rocks two weeks ago.
The National Trust for Scotland were concerned of the potential risk posed to St Kilda's ground nesting seabirds.
A specialist team sent to the main island of Hirta has been stood down, but Ministry of Defence staff stationed there will continue monitoring.
Fishermen said rats would not be found on fishing vessels but the trust said it had a responsibility to investigate.
The Spinningdale ran aground on Hirta almost two weeks ago. Its crew were airlifted to safety.
