SPL footballer denies drugs claim
A Scottish Premier League football player has pleaded not guilty to allegedly possessing illegal drugs.

Richie Hart, 29, was charged following an alleged incident at the Rock Ness music festival at Dores, Inverness-shire, in June.

The Inverness Caledonian Thistle midfielder did not appear at Inverness Sheriff Court on Thursday, but entered his plea by letter.

A trial date has been set for 19 November.
