The second Rock Ness festival takes place this weekend and it is expected to attract up to 35,000 people.

More than 23,500 people flocked to Dores, near Inverness, last year bringing more than £6.5m into the local economy.

This summer the dance music festival is being staged over two days - Saturday and Sunday.

The line-up includes DJ Mark Ronson, singer Kelis, The Feeling, Manic Street Preachers and the Chemical Brothers.

DJ Norman Cook, aka Fatboy Slim, headlined last year's one-day festival.
