Councillors reject fourth Tesco
A plan for a fourth Tesco supermarket in Inverness has been rejected by Highland councillors.

Tesco was seeking planning permission for a site in the city's Holm area.

Councillors meeting in Inverness have followed planning officials' recommendation to refuse the company's planning application.

There is a Tesco Extra at Inverness Retail Park off the A96 and stores at Inches and Tomnahurich Street, near the city centre.
