Loch Ness car crash victim named
A Dutch woman has been named by police as the victim of a two car crash on the shore of Loch Ness.

Annemarie Elisabeth Van Herwijnen, 24, of Groningen, Netherlands, died at the scene of Saturday morning's accident near the Clansman Hotel on the A82.

The road was closed to traffic for several hours as police investigated the cause.

Another person was injured in the collision and taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.
