Dreaming of a 'green' Christmas
Cairngorms National Park sign
Farmers in the Cairngorms National Park are being urged to go "green" and recycle 100 tonnes of plastic agricultural waste.

The rubbish is generated from drums used to hold feed or pesticides, seed bags and wrapping for silage bales.

Cairngorms National Park Authority (CNPA) has teamed up with local disposal firm David Ritchie and Sons to recycle the waste for free.

CNPA will pay the gate fee - usually £50 per tonne plus VAT.
