The majority of residents in a crofting village in Lewis oppose the building of large wind farms, according to a poll.
A survey by Marvig Village Association found most of the 45 residents polled in Marvig, South Lochs, are against the Beinn Mhor project on Eishken Estate.
The results come a week after Western Isles councillors reaffirmed their support for the £120m 53-turbine plan.
The proposal was called in by the Scottish Executive for a decision on whether it should be approved.
The village association survey also recorded opposition to large scale developments across Lewis.
