Osprey - generic
Ospreys that nest in Scotland spend the winter in west Africa
A third chick has hatched at RSPB Scotland's Highland osprey reserve.

It was spotted by staff in the nest near Boat of Garten, Badenoch and Strathspey, in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The first of the three eggs hatched early on Sunday morning and the second on Monday.

Site manager Richard Thaxton said he expected hundreds of people would want to catch a glimpse of the parents, Henry and EJ, and their offspring.
