Arrests in shooting investigation

A man and woman were injured in the incident in Haughburn Road

Police investigating an alleged shooting in the Pollok area of Glasgow have made three arrests.

A 48-year-old man and 36-year-old woman were injured, and their dog died, in the incident in Haughburn Road on 22 September.

A spokesman for Strathclyde Police said three men aged 22, 33 and 42 had been arrested and detained in police custody.

They are expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday.
