Subway change for motorway works

Normal Subway services are scheduled to resume on Monday

Glasgow's Subway is to run an altered service over the weekend to allow continued engineering works as part of the M74 construction.

Shuttle services will operate between Hillhead and St Enoch and Partick and Ibrox stations from 1900 BST on Saturday and all day Sunday.

Trains will depart St Enoch, Hillhead, Partick and Ibrox every 10 minutes.

A replacement bus service will link all stations between, Hillhead, Govan and St Enoch.

Bus services will run every 20 minutes between Hillhead, Kelvinhall, Partick, Govan, Ibrox, Cessnock, Kinning Park, Shields Road, West Street and Bridge Street on Saturday evening and Sunday.

Additional services will run between Shields Road, West Street and St Enoch.

Normal Subway services are scheduled to resume on Monday morning.
