Police are looking for two men after the attempted abduction of an 11-year-old girl in Glasgow.
The girl was approached by an Asian man in Cedar Court, Partick, at about 1245 GMT on Monday.
He spoke in a language she did not understand and grabbed her arm. The girl managed to break free but was chased by another Asian male.
She returned unharmed to her school, St Joseph's Primary, but was said to be very frightened by her ordeal.
The first Asian man is described as about 6ft tall, with brown hair and in his early 20s.
He was wearing a leather jacket and dark denims at the time of the incident.
The second Asian male is described as about 5ft 10in tall and in his early to mid 30s.
Det Insp Gordon McGregor, of Strathclyde Police, is in charge of the investigation.
He said: "This was a very frightening experience for a young girl and obviously incidents of this nature are of great concern to the police.
"Our community officers have been speaking to pupils at the school and reiterating the 'stranger danger' message. Parents have also been notified.
"I would appeal to anyone who saw these men hanging about in the area of Cedar Street or actually chasing a young girl to come forward.
"I would particularly like to speak to a woman who was leaving the flats at Cedar Street around 12.45pm yesterday. She was pushing a pram and may have seen the incident taking place."
Det Insp Gordon McGregor said officers were carrying out door-to-door enquiries in the area and would be looking at CCTV footage.
