Four arrested over fake DVD haul

Four people have been arrested after police seized £200,000 of counterfeit DVDs from an address in Glasgow.

Three men, aged 40, 41 and 45, and a woman aged 36, were detained following the raid in New City Road on Thursday.

Strathclyde Police said it was part of Operation League, a national initiative targeting serious and organised crime.

The Federation Against Counterfeit Theft was also involved. The four people arrested are expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Friday.
