Six more held over street death

Six more people have been arrested in connection with the death of a man during a street fight in Glasgow.

The men, aged between 19 and 23, are expected to appear in court on Friday after the death of Charles Bowman in Carmyle Avenue on 27 July.

Two men, aged 24 and 54, and a 23-year-old woman were detained on Wednesday.

A 22-year-old man was charged with murdering Mr Bowman at Glasgow Sheriff Court last month. He made no plea and was remanded in custody.
