Man exposed himself to two girls

Police have appealed for information about a man who exposed himself to two teenage girls.

The two 16-year-old were walking along Crowhill Street in Bishopbriggs at 2220 BST on Friday when the suspect approached them.

He spoke to the teenagers before exposing himself and running off.

A spokesman for Strathclyde Police said the girls were badly shaken by the incident. The suspect is described as being white and aged in his late 30s.

He is about 5ft 10in tall, with a medium build and short brown spiked hair. He was wearing a dark-coloured jacket and dark clothing.

Det Con Martin Davies said: "Inquiries are ongoing to trace this man and I would appeal to anyone who was in the area of Crowhill Street and Muirpark Terrace around the time of the incident last night who may have seen this man, or anyone with information that may assist my enquiries to contact Kirkintilloch Police Office."
