A 13-year-old boy has died following a road crash in Lanarkshire.

Two women in their 30s were also injured when two cars collided on the Carluke to Forth road at about 2020 GMT on Monday night.

One woman, who was travelling with the teenager, was taken to Wishaw General Hospital where she is being treated for serious leg injuries.
