Man's death 'treated as murder'

A murder inquiry has been launched into the death of a 24-year-old man, police have said.

Scott Burgess was found in a house in Glen Street, Paisley, at about 1900BST on Thursday.

Strathclyde Police said that following a post-mortem examination his death was being treated as murder.

Detective Inspector Ian Aitken said he would like to hear from anyone who may have seen Mr Burgess, particularly from 28 August onwards.
