A man accused of withholding information which could have prevented an act of terrorism has been remanded in custody until next month.
Dr Sabeel Ahmed, 26, of Liverpool, appeared at the City of Westminster Magistrates Court to face the charge under the Terrorism Act 2000.
His brother, Kafeel Ahmed, was the driver of a jeep which crashed into Glasgow Airport on 30 June.
He died earlier this month after sustaining burns to 90% of his body.
Dr Sabeel Ahmed was the third man to be arrested in connection with the failed car bomb attacks in Glasgow and London.
He has now been remanded in custody until 10 September.
On 29 June two cars containing petrol, gas cylinders and nails were discovered in central London.
The following day, a car loaded with gas cylinders was driven into the main terminal building at Glasgow Airport.
