King's theatre fire holds up Fame
The Kings Theatre
Hundreds of people were evacuated into the cold
Hundreds of theatre-goers were evacuated after a fire alarm went off during the opening night of Fame - The Musical - on Monday evening.

Three fire engines were called to the King's Theatre in Glasgow while people waited outside in the cold.

After 20 minutes the building was declared safe and the delayed performance continued as normal.

The alarm was activated after water from an internal leak in the building got into the sensor.
