Stun gun deployed during incident
A Taser stun gun
Taser was introduced by Strathclyde Police in September 2005
A Taser stun gun was deployed during a disturbance in a house in Glasgow's east end in the early hours.

Police said Taser was deployed by authorised firearms officers at about 0515 BST in Tollcross.

A 38-year-old man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary after the incident. Police said he will be taken into custody after treatment.

He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday. A senior officer will investigate.
