A floral tribute at Rosepark Care Home in the days after the fire

The owners of a care home where 14 elderly residents died in a fire will appear in court next month on health and safety charges.
Thomas Balmer, 59, wife Anne, 58, and son Alan, 32, will appear in connection with alleged safety breaches in 2004 at Rosepark Care Home in Uddingston.
The three were granted bail after the was case called at Hamilton Sheriff Court in December.
A preliminary hearing will take place on 13 September at Glasgow High Court.
The fire on 31 January, 2004 broke out in a linen cupboard in the early hours.
Ten people died in the home and four died in hospital over the next two days.
The blaze led to new rules on sprinklers in care homes.
