Firefighters tackle roof fire in Edinburgh pub

Lothian and Borders Fire and Rescue Service said nobody was injured

Firefighters are battling to bring a blaze in the roof of an Edinburgh pub under control.

Emergency services have been at the fire in Phoenix Bar in the city's Broughton Street since about 1345 BST.

At least 15 firefighters are tackling the fire in the roof above the building's entrance.

Lothian and Borders Fire and Rescue Service said nobody was injured. It is understood that the pub was under refurbishment.
