Search dogs have been used in the hunt for a Fife pensioner who has been missing since last week.
George Patrick, 70, from Cupar, was reported missing after getting off a Stagecoach F2 bus at St Michaels Junction at about midday on Thursday.
Police urged farmers around St Michaels and Leuchars to check their properties.
A search is also under way for Ann Robb, 83, who left her Leuchars home at 1130 GMT on Sunday to attend a church service and has not been seen since.
Searches have been carried out in Dundee, St Andrews and Glenrothes, where she is known to travel by bus.
Two passengers
Insp Alistair Topen said police were becoming increasingly concerned for her wellbeing.
She was described as being 5ft 4in tall, of average build, with short grey hair. She was wearing a blue headscarf, a dark pink three-quarter length padded anorak with a hood, black trousers, dark brown shoes and was carrying a dark grey canvas shopping bag.
Police searching for Mr Patrick appealed for two passengers on the F2 bus - including a female pensioner who got off at Balmullo - to get in touch.
Mr Patrick is described as about 6ft tall, with a large build and short grey hair. When last seen he was wearing a three-quarter length red winter coat.
