Green laser
Green laser incidents have been described as "extremely dangerous"

Police are investigating the ninth green laser attack on planes landing at Edinburgh Airport in recent months.

The latest incident involved an Easyjet aircraft travelling from Belfast at 1705 GMT on Monday.

The captain reported the blinding light being fired at the plane from the Musselburgh area as it was approaching the airport.

Last week an Easyjet spokesman condemn recent attacks, saying they were "extremely dangerous acts".
