A number of the sculptures were vandalised

Vandals have attacked fibreglass cows in Edinburgh the day after they went on display as part of a public art project.
The cows were hand-painted by local artists and placed around the city as part of the CowParade project.
Seven of the 94 sculptures have been attacked.
One was dragged from its location in the Grassmarket, vandalised and dumped in a side street, while several others were spray-painted with graffiti.
The project organisers are now repairing the cows. They will be displayed until July before being auctioned off for charity.
