A shopkeeper has been robbed at knifepoint in Edinburgh by two youths described as "Goth-like".
The incident happened at about 1530 BST on Thursday at MA Newsagents in the city's Clermiston Grove.
Two men, one armed with a knife entered the shop and threatened the 60-year-old shopkeeper.
They stole a three-figure sum of money from the till and a quantity of cigarettes before running away towards Clermiston Crescent.
The first suspect is described as white, 18-22 years, 6ft4ins, slim build, short dark hair, pale complexion, wearing a distinctive long, black, leather or pvc coat, dark trousers.
The second is white, 18-22 years, 6ft, with a chubby build, black woollen hat with peak to front, long bushy side burns, dark clothing. He was carrying a blue rucksack.
A Lothian and Borders Police spokeswoman said although not the shopkeeper was not injured, he was clearly shaken and upset by the incident.
She said: "The suspects were seen hanging about in the area prior to the incident by several people and were described as being dressed similar to Goths. "
