'Sleep' introduced as a school subject in Scotland

Pupils at four secondary schools in Glasgow have had sleep lessons introduced as a new part of their curriculum.

The lessons, which could be introduced across Scotland, focus on the health benefits of sleep and teach students how to wind down before resting.

The BBC's James Cook visited one of the schools running the classes.
