Helensburgh at night taken from Roseneath, Argyll

This night-time shot of the view from Roseneath Caravan Park in Argyll was taken by Ian McCall from Uddingston, South Lanarkshire. It shows the town of Helensburgh in the distance.

"This is my daughter Julia, trying to straighten up Scotland's tallest standing stone, Clach an Trushal, on the Isle of Lewis," said Graeme Dobie from Edinburgh.

Colin Balloch from East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire, spotted this beautiful butterfly on the coastal path between Anstruther and Pittenweem, while on a recent family holiday in Fife.

Chris Morrison submitted this photo he took on the Isle of Colonsay. He said: "We had been sailing and had gone ashore to explore and looked back at the boat."

"Some dramatic manoeuvres!" Ian Woodrow from Houston, Renfrewshire, took this clever shot of the freestyle jet ski displays at the Glasgow River Festival.

Craig & Salena Jump from Alexandria managed to catch a glimpse of the famous wallabies of Loch Lomond.The animals were introduced by Lady Arran who stayed on the Inchconnachan island in the 1940s.
