Scotland's council tax bills 2009

Scotland's 32 local authorities have set their council tax rates for 2009/10.

All 32 local authorities have now frozen the levy, after Clackmannanshire Council set its 2009/10 rates at a meeting on 10 March.

However, council tax bills will not be a carbon copy of 2008/2009 as water rates are rising by 3.7%, leaving householders paying an average of £324 for that part of the bill.
