New water charges in full
Scotland's three water authorities have announced substantial increases in customers' bills - some by as much as 43%.

Customers in the north of Scotland are worst hit, with band D customers facing an increase of £89.83 (43%) to £299.58.

Band D customers in the east will have to pay £41 more (22%), while customers in the west are being asked for £34.10 (18%) extra.
