One of Scotland's richest men is to receive an honorary degree during a ceremony at Glasgow University.
Former Sports Division tycoon Sir Tom Hunter will be made a doctor of the university in the summer, along with Glasgow Lord Provost Liz Cameron.
Sir Tom has already been honoured by Strathclyde University, where he studied marketing and economics.
He received his knighthood for services to philanthropy and to entrepreneurship in Scotland last year.
The Hunter Foundation was set up by Sir Tom and his wife in 1998 to invest in enterprise and educational initiatives aimed largely at children.
Provost Liz Cameron has been Lord Lieutenant of the City of Glasgow since May 2003.
