Members of Glasgow's religious community have gathered to remember the victims of the Tsunami disaster.
The interfaith service, which began at 1100 GMT on Sunday, was held at Glasgow University's Bute Hall.
The event featured speakers from diverse faiths and beliefs, including Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Humanism, Judaism, Islam and Sikhism.
Meanwhile, plans are in the pipeline to stage a concert in Scotland to raise money for the victims of the quake.
Different faiths
The number of people known to have died in the Indian Ocean disaster has reached 220,000.
Sunday's service was intended to further mutual understanding between members of different faiths in Scotland.
Dr Alison Elliot, the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, was among the speakers.
The lord provost of Glasgow, the Scottish Interfaith Council and the Glasgow Forum of Faiths also supported the event.
