Mr Jackson is an MSP and an advocate

Labour MSP and leading advocate Gordon Jackson has been criticised for taking a directorship at Kilmarnock Football Club.
Scottish National Party MSP Nicola Sturgeon accused Mr Jackson of showing "contempt" for his constituents in Glasgow Govan by making another commitment outside Holyrood.
When elected as an MSP, Mr Jackson came under fire when he said he would be continuing his legal work.
He is the only MSP not to have spoken in a Holyrood debate since the May elections.
Mr Jackson said he was surprised at the reaction to his appointment.

I would doubt there was any time left in his day to represent his constituents

He said: "I'm absolutely astonished. It's not taking up any work time or any commitment of that nature.
"It's not managerial and it simply means I'll be doing what I've always done - going to the football on a regular basis as recreation and sitting in a different seat."
But Ms Sturgeon said she thought the move proved he was only a part-time parliamentarian.
"I think Gordon Jackson is treating his constituents with contempt," she said.
"He's paid to represent them, he's already spending a huge amount of his time making a fortune in the courts and now with a third job I would doubt there was any time left in his day to represent his constituents."
