Pauline McNeill said the system should be looked at

Scottish ministers may examine whether men accused of rape should remain anonymous until they are convicted.
The call from the Labour convener of the parliament's justice committee coincides with sex charges being dropped against the Edinburgh-born TV presenter John Leslie.
Mr Leslie said he had "been to hell and back" after two indecent assault charges against him were dropped.
Pauline McNeill, MSP for Glasgow Kelvin, said the case raises serious questions about the current system.
"You have to consider the consequences on all sides when anonymity is not granted," she said.
"I think you would have to consider what the specific reasons would be that you would not be granting anonymity.
"So I think that it's worthy of looking at this to establish why it is that we have that in our Scots law, or indeed why it is it should change."
